The IWF Leadership Fellows Program includes approximately 20 days of leadership development spread across three in-person modules over a year. Kicking off at the Fall IWF World Leadership Conference, continuing during a week in Paris at INSEAD in the spring, and concluding with a week at Harvard in Boston in early summer, the Fellows Program is a transformative leadership experience for participants. Beyond the leadership development sessions, each Fellow is paired with a current IWF member as a mentor. Past IWF Florida Fellows Scholarship recipient, Leigh-Ann Buchanan, shares how the Fellows program experience continues to impact her professional and personal journey. |
